1969 Corvette Stingray

 

This car was recently purchased and will be a budget build. I already have a 425 hp 350 motor that will be dropped in and the car retains its 4 speed and 4:11 ratio posi traction rear axle.

The shop was recently cleaned out and parts have been gathered from swap meets. A clean rear clip has been purchased along with tail light lenses, headers, radiator, drivers mirror and factory GM Corvette valve covers that were off a 1965 Corvette. The old carpets have been removed and the car was cleaned top to bottom prior to be moved into the shop.

Once the Camaro is in the body shop for paint, the Corvette engine bay will be cleaned, detailed and painted along with the engine. The engine will then be dropped in and set up to run.

When completed it will be put on the road and the body will be fixed up, as the car is driven. The car will be used at the drag strip and as a daily driver in the summer and fall.
